Contest #3

Since I'm out and about, this will be short and sweet. The final giveaway will consist of this cute painted vintage quilt:

These salt & pepper shakers:

And this windmill apron that I've been hoarding for tooooooo long. I shall set it free (sorry for the crap pic-- I'm rushed, so I used an oldie).

Leave a comment on this post by Tuesday, October 7. Don't forget to leave me a link to your email or your email addy in the post. Link to the post on your blog and you get 2 extra chances to win. And don't forget to enter Contest #1 for some Girl Land Bucks and Contest #2 for a Vintage Craft Pack. Enter all three! Equal shots of winning each.

Thanks again, all, for humoring me and letting me be creative in such a wonderfully friendly and crafty environment. You're the best!

I'm on a bad movie streak. Help! I need to break it. The last three movies I saw were Definitely, Maybe (worst), Sex and the City (should've left it alone after the series finale), and Forgetting Sarah Marshall which I've been waiting FOREVER to see. Parts were funny. I love my Judd Apatow and Jason Segel (that guy is like 90% wiener), but it just didn't cut the mustard. What bad movies have you seen lately???

How cute! I would love to enter your giveaway and I will post a link about your contest on my blog as well. Thank you!

About the movies -- I'm such a movie lover and I usually love almost any movie that I watch. But, I would say the two "bad" movies that come to mind for me lately are Speed Racer (so bad I couldn't even finish watching it) and No Country For Old Men (I know this one had all the hype and critics loved it, but, I thought it was awful). Yesterday, I watched The Nanny Diaries, I thought it was pretty good.

EEEEKKKK! Pick Me!
Umm... Bad Movies? My husband and I get to go to like one or two movies a year at the theatre. This year (on our anniversary, no less) we saw the DeNiro/Pacino movie - can't even remember the name. Bad. I really wanted to see Burn After Reading - maybe next anniversary we can rent it??

Speaking of bad movies, I just, last night, saw Nights in Rodanthe. Wanted a good girl cry. I cried, but barely. Maybe partly from boredom.

Um, I beg to differ with you on SATC, as you know. But at least we agree on politics. XO (Oh and see you soon!)

Bad movies, not so much that I can think of. I went to see Burn After Reading on tuesday. Hilarious!

Also funny, and very awkward, we had a couple that sat in front of us who were all over each other! Seriously, I thought they were going to have sex right there. Who knows, maybe they did. I tried not to watch. They also spilled a lot of candy, and somehow they spilled it on my foot...

Whew! I thought I had missed the deadline. Thank goodies I didn't!

I totally have to agree with you about your bad movie streak. Sarah Marshall was such a let down, I love Judd Apatow too. Unfortunately, You Don't Mess with the Zohan wasn't any better. What's happening to Judd??

Oooo -- love the little quilt! Please enter me in your contest.
Bad movies? Lots out there aren't there? I also thought 'Sex & the City' was AWFUL. Have you seen 'Penelope'? It's not really that new, but one of the few newer ones I've seen lately that I liked. Hmmmm, what else -- oh 'Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day'?

OMG! I love that little quilt. My mom collects stuff like that.

Bad Movies: Wanted (to much "action" and no plot)
And Drop dead gorgous.

I could only take so much cute. It was great when they blew up Kristie Alley in the end though.

I love your blog and I hope it's not too late to enter for the luscious giveaway.

As far as bad movies go...hmmmm. The last movie I saw was good, 'burn after reading'. Hmmm. I can't think of a recent clunker, but then again I don't watch too many.
